Sagebrush Labs LLC provides AI-powered digital solutions including mobile app development, web application development, AI automation, and consulting services. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Sagebrush Labs LLC shall be transferred to the client upon full payment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before starting work and milestone-based payments throughout the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sagebrush Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
